PM expresses condolences for Hajj stampede victims


Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed condolence on Thursday over a tragic incident in Saudi Arabia which left over 220 pilgrims dead during Hajj.
The premier directed Ministry of Hajj and Foreign Office to contact Saudi authorities to inquire about Pakistani pilgrims in Mina, according to Radio Pakistan.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan also took to microblogging site, Twitter, to express grief over the incident. “Deeply saddened to learn of stampede at Mina resulting in 150 shaheed and 400 injured. May Allah grant the martyrs a place in heaven
